	Mud pump: we can supply F-500/800/1000/1300/1600/2200 mud pump which is applicable to the requirement of high pump pressure in the oilfield and large flow technology of well drilling with its solid and compact structure, small volume and outstanding operation performance. It is widely used in the oilfield, industrial and mining enterprises for well drilling, well repairing etc. It mainly suits to Rig 20-32 with drilling depth 2000m to 3200m. In addition to we can supply four type mud pump package:1. Air Cluthch Transmission: Diesel Engine + Transmission(cardan shaft, decelerator, cluth, pulley, belt) + mud pump 2. Hydraulic Coupling Transimision: Diesel Engine+Hydraulic Coupling+Mud Pump 3. Electric Drive Mud Pump 4. 	Material is 35CrMoA or 40CrMoNn alloy forged steel.To get better fiber texture,we use electric stove for second forging, or deoxidation treatment.It is forged from three directions and the forging ratio is not less than 4.0:1.0. It can not have crack, impurity, looseness, overburns, etc. And weld is not allowed. It should be confirming to the stipulation of JB/TQ252-81, and should be checked by gradeⅢ After quenching the rough module will be rough processed, then the hull hardness is HB285-330. Mechanical property: σb ≥850MPa, σs≥670MPa, δ≥5%,ψ≥30%
	we can supply liner species as following: 1. Double mental liner, its combines the advantage of forging anti-abrasion out shell and high-chorme anti corrosion, abrasion-resisitant inner sleeve. The out hell adopt centifugal forging The hardnes high-chrome sleeve by heattreatment reaches 62HRC. 2. Chrome plated liner, use high quality forginng steel to make, and inner bore chromeplate, hardness reaches 58-62HRC. 3. High frequency quencher liner Be suitable to use in the moderate causticity.This kind of urn of set hardens under strict quality control and hot handle, the degree of hardness attains a 60 HRC,inner sleeve high clean degree, bear to wear away, the anti-decas, long service life.
	We offers a full line of pistons for duplex and triplex mud pumps. All API types are available. Among these are: Bonded Urethane Pistons and Pistons with replacement rubbers. This one piece bonded constructed piston has no joints to leak. But eliminates abrasive fluids between piston and liner. The fluid expanded lip is not damaged by high pressure and fast pump strokes.This Fail-Safe piston seals off to greater diameter as liner wears. Pistons with replacement rubbers .It includes plate,snap ring ,piston hub and rubber. The hub is formed from high grade steel (40cr) .The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers provide positive, wear resistant seals.
	High performance valves and seats are available with the following features:a) Forged alloy steel AISI 4119 construction. b)Heavy duty valve design. c)Deep carburized wear surface d)Heave duty durable retainer threads. e)Precise machined to API standard.f)Taper post-heat treat machined tp remove warpage. Available in sizes(API5 to API9) to fit all major mud pump and offer expansive range valve and seats, such as Premium stem valve and seats(3-web, 4-web), Full-open valve and seats with long life urethane inserts. Wide choice of options available for requirments not met by hardened or stainless steel valves and elastomer-insert valve seats.
	The crosshead and the extension rod are made of ASTM A48-83 meehanite cast iron featuring the good abrasion resistance and the long service life. Upper and lower guides are used for F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps, the concentricity of both guides can be adjusted by adding shims under the lower guide. For F-500 mud pump, the guide cylindrical body is used. Flange-bolts with pin hole fit are used to connect the crosshead to the extension rod, the rigid connection ensures the concentricity of both the crosshead and the extension rod. The coupling is used to connect the extension rod to the piston rod; the light coupling enables these two rods to connect to each other easily and reliably.
